Account Ownership grants account viewing and editing privileges to a contact.
Contacts with Account Ownership can see and/or edit the following Account tabs: Overview, Contacts, Payroll, Logins, and Files (all files uploaded or associated with the account) on the browser version of Liscio.
However, Account Owners can only see their personal messages and tasks.
For example, if there is another party involved with the account, such as a spouse, and the spouse needs access to the account but is not the primary contact for communications, you would grant them Account Ownership privileges using the Account Ownership checkbox
If the contact is not the account owner they are not able to view and edit account information. Non-owners can only view their personal messages, tasks, and files shared with them.
To assign Account Ownership:
1. Navigate to an Account
2. Click the Contacts tab
3. Hover over a Contact
4. Click Edit
5. Check the Account owner? box
6. Click Update
