Users have the ability to edit and change an engagement letter before sending it out to a client.
To get to the point of editing, follow the instructions below:
- Click Add New on the left side of your screen
- Click Task
- Click Get a Signature
- Choose the Account
- Choose the Contact
- Select the Document Type (Engagement Letter or Consent to Release)
- Select the Document
- Select the Partner
- Type in a Fee
- Enter a Subject Line
- Enter a Description
- Click Preview Task
To edit, click Edit in the top right corner.
(Note: These edits are only made to this individual's letter)
Once the changes have been made, click Update and Save.
Now click Create Task.
