You can send engagement letters to 50 clients at a time. Please contact Liscio Support to purchase eSignature bundles to activate your account.
Note: Fields cannot be prefilled by the sender when sending bulk eDocs.
Follow the steps below:
1. Click Bulk Actions on the left-hand navigation.
2. Click Send eDocs.
3. To filter by a specific Entity (for example Individual clients), click Select Entity and choose the Entity Type.
4. Click the Search button - your contact list will now populate. (Note: Liscio will also show the date/title of the last eDoc sent.)
5. Click the checkboxes next to each contact that should receive an eDoc. There are 25 contacts per page.
6. At the bottom right of the page, click the next arrow (or type in a page number) to go to the next page to select additional contacts.
7. Continue through the pages of contacts until you have reached 50 contacts or until you have completed your list.
8. Click Next Step.
9. Fill out your Agreement Title (for example Tax Questionnaire).
10. Enter a Description.
11. Click Templates to access your Template Library.
12. Select a Template to send.
13. Click Next Step.
14. Review your list.
15. To remove contacts from the recipient list, click the Trashcan icon on the far right.
16. Click Send eDocs. (Please note that Adobe Sign will charge for a document when it is sent even if a client does not fill it out.)
To view your eDoc status:
a. Click EDOCS on the left-hand navigation. All eDocs will show: In Progress, Completed, Cancelled, or Draft.
b. Click Tasks on the left-hand navigation. Filter by Type > eDoc
