Account Owner

Clients can be designated as Account Owners by their Firm Administrator.  Account Owners have viewing and editing privileges that non-Account Owners do not have. 

This includes: 

  1. Overview of Account information (Note: Client Service Teams will be notified of changes to Account information.
  2. Contacts tied to the account (not editable)
  3. Payroll information (editable)
  4. Logins (editable)
  5. All files associated with the Account

To check if you are an Account Owner:

  1. Click Accounts on the left-hand navigation.
  2. Look for the check box under the Account Owner column.

To Invite Contacts into Liscio as an Account Owner: 

  1. Click Invite a Contact in the lower-left corner.
  2. Type in the recipient's first and last name.
  3. Click the blue plus (+) button.
  4. Enter the recipient's email.
  5. Select an Account (Note: You can only invite contacts to join Accounts that you are the Account Owner of)
  6. Click Ok (Note: This will create the Contact but will not invite them in)
  7. Click Invite
Note: Accounts Owners can only resend invites expired invitiations to contacts they have created.  They cannot send reset password links.
