Billing Contact, What Does That Mean?

Making a contact a Billing Contact,  grants a Contact viewing privileges of their Account Billing. 

There can be multiple Billing Contacts per Account.

As an Billing Contact, Contacts have access to the following Account information:

  1. Overview of Billing within their account.
  2. Pay invoices for their account.

A Billing Contact's View:



To assign a Billing Contact:

  1. Navigate to an Account
  2. Click the Contacts tab
  3. Hover over a Contact
  4. Click Edit

  5. Check the Billing Contactbox
  6. Click Update
