The Details tab is your landing page when clicking on a client Account. It contains all Account Details in one location. The Details tab has expandable areas for:
Account Details: Demographic information, technology solutions, and spouse/dependent details.
Login Details: Usernames and passwords needed for external client accounts.
Payroll Details: Information regarding the client's payroll.
Tax Details: Information populated from the Tax Return Delivery Request for clients who have estimated tax payments.
Account History: Changes made to the account, as well as when and by whom they were made.
You can add additional information to the Account Details tab by clicking the ellipses in the upper-right hand corner and selecting Edit Account. Login and Payroll Details can be edited/added within each section.
