Adding an Email to an Account or Contact
The Liscio Email Integration automatically associates emails to Liscio Contacts and Accounts if the incoming email address is associated with a Liscio Contact.
Emails from non-client email addresses can be added to a client's Contact or Account manually.
- Creates team visibility without creating a chain of forwarded emails.
- If a firm employee is out of the office, the rest of the team can still monitor incoming emails from Liscio contacts.
- When your firm needs to find past emails from clients, the account and contact provide a filtered list for easy searching.
- Emails from third-parties regarding your clients can be manually associated to keep all related emails in a single, organized location.
Note: Emails added to an Account or Contact can only be viewed by firm users. They cannot be viewed by clients. If an account is Restricted, firm users with access to the account can also see the related emails.
