Bulk Exporting Organizers from Intuit Proseries

Note: Pages coming before the first page of the organizer, client demographic/Personal Information page, should not exceed 25 pages. That includes a cover letter, inserts (questionnaires), and engagement letters. 

Organizers are matched to clients by the Client ID in the filename and the Account External ID on the Account in Liscio. Ensure the Client ID for each organizer is in the PDF file name AFTER the underscore: "Smith, John and Jill_1234568.pdf"

  1. Set your HomeBase View to Organizer for 1040.
  2. Highlight the clients that you want to print organizer for.
    • Hold down the Ctrl key to choose multiple files.
  3. From the File menu, select Print.
  4. In the Entire File section, select Print Short Organizer Client Copy or Print Full Organizer Client Copy.
  5. Select the number of copies you want of each client's organizer.
  6. Click the Print button.
