How to Change your Email Address in Liscio - Firms
When your email is changed in Liscio, you will receive two automated emails: one alerting you that your email was changed, and another asking you to activate your account.
Follow the Activate Account link in this email to set a new password and access your Account.
If you don't receive these emails or are having trouble logging in, please ensure that your email address matches the one in Liscio.
End-users do not have the ability to change their own email addresses in Liscio. If an end-user contacts you asking to change their email, follow the steps below:
- Click Contacts on the left-hand navigation.
- Click on the Contact whose email you would like to change.
- Click the ellipses (three dots) in the upper-right corner.
- Click Edit Contact.
- Edit the email address.
- Click Update Contact.
