Client SMS: Opt-In, Opt-Out, and Help
Firms now have the option to send texts from Liscio directly to you, their clients!
For firms that take advantage of this feature, it allows them, and you, greater flexibility in communicating.
When a firm initiates an SMS conversation with you, you will receive the following message:
You may also be the one to initiate the SMS conversation with the firm. If you do, you'll receive this message:
You will be given the option to opt out by typing STOP in a message.
If you do so, it will prevent the firm from sending future messages, or receiving important messages or notifications, until you opt back into the texting by typing START. You can also type HELP for more information:
