Collaborating on Requests

Collaborating on Requests

Collaborate allows you to answer questions and upload files on behalf of your client. This feature is useful whenever you receive answers outside of the request. For example, when clients drop off files or provide answers over the phone, you can add update the request directly instead of asking the client to do double work. Following this process will also keep the progress bar up to date. Let's see how to do it!

  1. Navigate to the Requests page.
  2. Find the Request that you wish to collaborate on and click it to view.
  3. Click the ✐Edit Responses button in the upper-right corner.
  4. You'll now be able to add, delete, or edit responses on a sent Request.
  5. Once finished, click Save Changes in the bottom-left corner.
Note: Only responses can be edited once a Request has been sent. Questions on a sent Request can not be edited or removed.
