Contact Did Not Receive Invite
Occasionally Liscio Invites will go directly to spam folders due to the email provider's sensitive spam filters.
If the contact does not find the invitation, please have the client follow the steps below to get them set up with Liscio:
1. Go to the Liscio Login Page.
2. Click Forgot Password.
3. Enter Email Address (same as listed in Liscio).
4. Click Submit.
5. Find the Password Reset Request in the email inbox.
6. Click Reset Password.
7. Create a password.
8. Click Submit.
9. Login to Liscio using your new password.
10. Accept the Terms of Service.
