Contact to Contact Interactions
In Liscio a Contact can message another Contact that is associated with the same Account. Let's break this down to better understand.
- Account: IceCream Accounting has two Contacts: Johnny Johnson and Chloe Smith.
- If Johnny sends Chloe a message, the Firm will not receive a notification.
- However the message is visible to the Firm Employees.
- The message can be found in both the individual Contacts and in the Account Messages tab. See below for an example.
