Karbon Integration: Delinking/Deleting Records and Disconnecting
Delinking Liscio and Karbon Records
Click the ellipses (three dots) in the lower-left corner, then click Admin, then Integrations.
Under the Karbon integration, click View Details.
Use the search box to find the record you would like to delink.
Hover over the record and click the delink icon on the far right.
Deleting Records
The Liscio-Karbon integration does not auto-delete records. If a linked record is archived in Liscio, it will be de-linked from its corresponding record in Karbon, but will not be deleted in Karbon. If a linked record is deleted in Karbon, it will be de-linked from its corresponding record in Liscio, but will not be archived in Liscio.
Disconnecting the Integration
Note: Disconnecting the Karbon integration will disable the integration and wipe out all linked information. It should be used with caution.
- Click the ellipses (three dots) in the lower-left corner, then click Admin, then Integrations.
- Under the Karbon integration, click Disconnect.
