Editing an Engagement Letter Before Sending
You can make adjustments to an Engagement Letter before sending it to a client. Any edits will only apply to that specific Engagement Letter. Your templates will remain unchanged.
Here's how:
- Click Add New on the left side of the screen.
- Click Task.
- Click Get a Signature.
- Choose the Contact and Account.
- Select the Document Type (Engagement Letter or Consent to Release)
- Select the Document.
- Select the Partner (optional).
- Type in a Fee.
- Enter a Subject Line.
- Enter a Description.
- Click Preview Task.
- Click Edit in the top right corner.
13. Once the changes have been made, click Update and Save.
14. Click Create Task.
