File Names Not Accepted
Ensure file names meet the platform's requirements. Avoid using special characters, excessively long names, or unsupported formats. Rename files as needed to comply with accepted naming conventions as it can affect editing and downloading processes.
The following are not accepted:
- Periods ( . ) - ex: filename.08.11.2020
- Asterisks ( * ) - ex: *filename*
