Filtering Liscio Email Notifications for End Users

Filtering Liscio Email Notifications for End Users

We do not recommend your clients filter emails from their Liscio Accounts.  We want your messages to stay in front of your clients and we know that some clients focus on email throughout the day.  If your client does insist on filtering Liscio emails, we strongly recommend that they download the Mobile App.  This will allow for push notifications and faster responses to your messages.

For Gmail Users:

  1. Open Gmail.
  2. In the search box at the top, click the down arrow.
  3. Enter your search criteria. If you want to check that your search worked correctly, see what emails show up by clicking Search.
  4. At the bottom of the search window, click Create filter
  5. Choose what you’d like the filter to do.
  6. Click Create filter.
Note: When you create a filter to forward messages, only new messages will be affected. Additionally, when someone replies to a message you've filtered, the reply will only be filtered if it meets the same search criteria.

  1. Open Gmail.
  2. Check the checkbox next to the email you want.
  3. Click More.
  4. Click Filter messages like these.
  5. Enter your filter criteria.
  6. Click Create filter.

For Outlook Users:

  1. Right-click a message in your inbox or another email folder and select Rules.
  2. Select one of the options. Outlook automatically suggests creating a rule based on the sender and the recipients. To view more options, select Create Rule.
  3. In the Create Rule dialog box, select one or more of the first three check boxes.
  4. Right-click a message in your inbox or another email folder and select
  5. In the 'Do the following' section, if you want the rule to move a message to a folder, check the 'Move item to folder' box, then select the folder from the Select Folder dialog that pops up, and then click OK.
  6. Click OK to save your rule.
Note: If you want to run the rule on messages you've already received, check the box on the confirmation dialog that pops up and then click OK.

For Yahoo Mail Users:

  1. Click the settings icon and select More Settings.
  2. Click Filters.
  3. Click Add new filters.
  4. Enter the name, set the filter rules, and choose or create a folder for the emails.
  5. Click Save.
Note: Filters will only apply to new emails.

For AOL Users:

  1. Sign in to Desktop Gold.
  2. At the top, click the Keyword menu and select Go to Keyword.
  3. Type mail filters, then click Go.
  4. Click New Filter.
  5. Choose a name for your filter and the criteria by which you want to filter emails.
  6. Use the Move to folder menu to select where to move emails that match your criteria.
  7. Click Create.
