How to Add Liscio Dispatch on Terminal Server

If you are using a terminal server environment and experiencing issues using or finding Liscio Dispatch, please try the steps below.
  1. Make sure the settings for Remote Desktop allow sharing of the local computer Drives. Right-click on terminal server shortcut and click Edit.


  2. If needed, click Show Options in the lower-right of the window.


  3. Click the Local Resources tab at the top of the window. Under "Local devices and resources" click More...


  4. Check the box next "Drives" and click OK.


  5. Click the General tab at the top of the window and click Save. Then click Connect and your local drives will be mapped.


  6. Open File Explorer and click on the arrow beside This PC to expand it. You should now see a drive named "C on (your computer name).


  7. Click on this drive and Navigate to C:\Users\(your username)\Documents and locate the Liscio-Dispatch folder.


  8. Right-click on the Liscio-Dispatch folder and click copy.
  9. Right-click on any empty space on your desktop.
  10. Select Copy Shortcut and the folder should appear on your remote desktop.



  11. You may also click and drag the Liscio-Dispatch folder to the left of the file explorer window under Favorites or Quick access.
