How to Add a Virtual Meeting to Your Google or Outlook Calendar (Zapier)
To Create an Outlook Event:
- Click Make a Zap.
- In the Trigger App module, type to search Zoom.
- Under Trigger Event, select New Meeting and then click Continue.
- Under Choose account, select your Zoom account, or allow access to your Zoom account if it is not already connected.
- Click Continue.
- Under Set up trigger, select Meeting and then click Continue.
- Click Test trigger (Note: If you receive an error, click Skip test to manually create a test event).
- Click Continue.
- In the Action module, select Microsoft Outlook.
- Under Action Event, select Create Event and then click Continue.
- Under Choose account, select your Outlook account, or allow access if it is not already connected.
- Under Set up action, fill in all of the required fields and then click Continue.
- Click Test and Continue.
- Check your Outlook calendar for the test event.
- Click Turn on Zap.
- Click Back to Setup to give your Zap a name.
To Create a Google Calendar Event:
- Click Make a Zap.
- In the Trigger App module, type to search Zoom.
- Under Trigger Event, select New Meeting and then click Continue.
- Under Choose account, select your Zoom account, or allow access to your Zoom account if it is not already connected.
- Click Continue.
- Under Set up trigger, select Meeting and then click Continue.
- Click Test trigger (Note: If you receive an error, click Skip test to manually create a test event).
- In the Action module, select Google Calendar.
- Under Action Event, select Create a Detailed Event and then click Continue.
- Under Choose account, select your Google account, or allow access if it is not already connected.
- Under Set up action, fill in all of the required fields and then click Continue.
- Click Test and Continue.
- Check your Google Calendar for the test event.
- Click Turn on Zap.
- Click Back to Setup to give your Zap a name.
