How to Add Liscio To Your Safe Senders List

If you are not receiving emails from Liscio or you are finding Liscio emails in your Spam or Junk mail, please add Liscio to your Safe Senders list.

Whitelist "donotreply@liscio.me"  to make sure Liscio emails go to your inbox. 

If you still have trouble receiving Liscio emails, please contact support@liscio.me.

Gmail

To add an email address to the safe senders list in Gmail without receiving an email from that address, you can create a filter to ensure emails from that address are never sent to the spam folder. Here’s how you can do it:
  1. Open Gmail:
    1. Go to Gmail and log in to your account.
  2. Open Settings:
    1. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of Gmail.
    2. Select “See all settings” from the dropdown menu.
  3. Go to Filters and Blocked Addresses:
    1. In the settings menu, click on the “Filters and Blocked Addresses” tab.
  4. Create a New Filter:
    1. Scroll down and click on “Create a new filter.”
  5. Specify the Email Address:
    1. In the “From” field, enter donotreply@liscio.me.
    2. Click on “Create filter” with this search.
  6. Choose the Filter Actions:
    1. Check the box next to “Never send it to Spam.”
    2. Optionally, you can check other options such as “Always mark it as important” or “Categorize as: Primary” to ensure it stands out in your inbox.
    3. Click on “Create filter.”
If you've received an email in your spam folder in Gmail and you want to add the sender to your safe senders list to ensure future emails from them go to your inbox, follow these steps:
  1. Open Gmail:
    1. Go to Gmail and log in to your account.
  2. Open the Spam Folder:
    1. In the left sidebar, click on “More” to expand the list of folders.
    2. Click on “Spam” to open your spam folder.
  3. Select the Email:
    1. Find the Liscio email and open it.
  4. Mark as Not Spam:
    1. At the top of the email, click on the “Not spam” button.

Outlook

To add an email address to the safe senders list in Outlook without receiving an email from that address, follow these steps:

Outlook Web App (OWA)
  1. Open Outlook Web App:
    1. Go to Outlook and log in to your account.
  2. Open Settings:
    1. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner.
    2. Scroll down and click on “View all Outlook settings” at the bottom.
  3. Go to Junk Email Settings:
    1. In the settings menu, select “Mail” and then “Junk email.”
  4. Add Safe Sender:
    1. Under the "Safe senders and domains" section, click on “Add.”
    2. Enter donotreply@liscio.me.
    3. Click on “Save” to apply the changes.

Outlook Desktop App
  1. Open Outlook:
    1. Open the Outlook application on your computer.
  2. Open Junk Email Options:
    1. Click on the “Home” tab.
    2. In the “Delete” group, click on “Junk” and then select “Junk E-mail Options.”
  3. Go to Safe Senders Tab:
    1. In the “Junk E-mail Options” dialog box, go to the “Safe Senders” tab.
  4. Add Safe Sender:
    1. Click on “Add.”
    2. Enter donotreply@liscio.me.
    3. Click “OK” and then “Apply” to save the changes.

If you've received an email in your spam folder in Outlook and you want to add the sender to your safe senders list to ensure future emails from them go to your inbox, follow these steps:

Outlook Web App (OWA)
  1. Open Outlook Web App:
    1. Go to Outlook and log in to your account.
  2. Open the Spam/Junk Email Folder:
    1. Navigate to your "Junk Email" folder.
  3. Select the Email:
    1. Find the Liscio email and open it.
  4. Mark as Not Junk:
    1. At the top of the email, there should be an option to mark the email as "Not junk." Click on this option.
    2. A message will appear asking if you want to always trust emails from this sender. Confirm this action.
Outlook Desktop App
  1. Open Outlook:
    1. Open the Outlook application on your computer.
  2. Open the Junk Email Folder:
    1. Navigate to your "Junk Email" folder in the left sidebar.
  3. Select the Email:
    1. Find the Liscio email and open it.
  4. Mark as Not Junk:
    1. Right-click on the email and select “Junk” from the context menu.
    2. Then, select “Not Junk.” A dialog box will appear asking if you want to always trust emails from this sender. Confirm this action by checking the box “Always trust email from [email address].”

AOL

  1. Click Contacts.
  2. Click the New Contact icon.
  3. Add the Liscio contact (donotreply@liscio.me) info to the required fields.
  4. Click Add Contact button at the bottom.
  5. Click Spam on the left navigation bar.
  6. Select all Liscio emails.
  7. Choose Not Spam to put back into the Inbox.

AT&T Web, BellSouth & SBC Email

  1. Select Options.
  2. Select Filters.
  3. Click Add Filter.
  4. On the From Header drop-down menu, click contains.
  5. Enter donotreply@liscio.me in the text box next to the drop-down menu.
  6. Use Move the message to and select Inbox from the drop-down menu.
  7. Select Add Filter again.

Centurylink/Centurytel

  1. Click Settings.
  2. Select Internet > E-mail filtering.
  3. Click Allow senders to open the settings.
  4. Click Add.
  5. In the Address field, enter donotreply@liscio.me.

Charter/Spectrum

  1. Click Spam folder to open.
  2. Select all Lisico emails.
  3. Select Move.
  4. Use the drop-down menu to select Inbox, then click Move.
  5. Select Mark As and then Not Spam.

Comcast/Xfinity

  1. Click the Mail icon.
  2. Click Address Book tab.
  3. Click  New Contact.
  4. Add donotreply@liscio.me.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Click Spam folder to open.
  7. Check the box next to the Lisico email(s).
  8. Click Not Spam, moving it back to the Inbox. 
  1. Click Address Book.
  2. Click Manage Domains.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Add donotreply@liscio.me in the text field.
  5. Click Allow This Company (Domain).

If the email appears in the Suspect Email folder:

  1. Click Update Whitelist in the Address Book.

Hotmail and MSN

  1. Click Settings, then Options.
  2. Click Junk Email, then Safe Senders.
  3. Enter donotreply@liscio.me in the box, and click Add.
  4. Click Save.

iCloud

  1.  Click Junk folder to open.
  2. Select all Liscio emails, then click Not Junk.
  3. In iCloud Mail, click Action pop-up menu.
  4. Click Rules.
  5. Click Add a Rule.
  6. In the Name or email address field, enter donotreply@liscio.me.
  7. Use the Then pop-up menus to set the behavior of the rule.

Mac OS X and Mac OS Mail

  1. Click Mail > Preferences.
  2. Click  Rules tab.
  3. Click Add Rule.
  4. Enter "Whitelist: donotreply@liscio.mein the Description field to identify the new rule.
  5. Make sure the criteria reads If any of the following conditions are met and that the From field is followed by Ends with.
  6. Enter donotreply@liscio.me in the field next to the Ends with field.
  7. In the Perform the following actions section set the three fields to Move Messageto the mailbox, and Inbox or a different target folder.
  8. Click OK to save. 

Verizon

  1. Click E-mail & More.
  2. Click Options.
  3. Click the Block Senders tab.
  4. Select  Save blocked messages in folder.
  5. Select Blocked Senders in the Save to an existing folder field.
  6. Enter donotreply@liscio.me in the Safe List field.
  7. Click Add.
  8. Click OK.

Yahoo!

  1. Click Settings.
  2. Click Filters, then Add.
  3. Enter a Filter Name.
  4. Enter donotreply@liscio.me in Sender field.
  5. Select Inbox as the folder to deliver the email to.
  6.  Click Save, then Save again.
