How to Add Security Questions to a Login
1. Click on the Accounts page on the left side of the screen.
2. Use the search bar at the top of the list to search for a specific Account.
3. In the Details tab, click the + icon in the Login Details section.
4. Hover over an Account Name to reveal the Edit icon on the right side of the record.
5. Enter Security Questions.
a. Question (e.g., Mother's Maiden Name?)
b. Response (e.g. Smith)
6. To view the Response, click the eye icon.
7. Click Save.
