How to Bulk Archive Accounts and Contacts

Bulk Archive Accounts

Accounts cannot be completely deleted in Liscio. However, you can archive an Account for future reference.
  1. Click on the Accounts page on the left side of the screen.
  2. Click the check box next to the Accounts you would like to archive
    1. To select all Accounts on the page, check the box located to the left of the  "Account Name" column.
  3. Click Archive.
  4. Click Yes.
  5. A banner will briefly appear at the top of your screen informing you how many Accounts were successfully archived and how many, if any, have failed. 


The Accounts will now be Archived (Deactivated) and can be found under the Archived tab on the Accounts page.

Note: When an Account is Archived, all open tasks associated with that Account will be closed (archived). Associated contacts will not be archived. 

Bulk Archive Contacts

Contacts cannot be completely deleted in Liscio. However, you can archive a Contact for future reference. Archiving a Contact removes their access to Liscio. 
  1. Click on the Contacts page on the left side of the screen.
  2. Click the check box next to the Contacts you would like to archive
    1. To select all Contacts on the page, check the box located to the left of the  "Contact Name" column.
  3. Click Archive.
  4. Click Yes.
  5. A banner will briefly appear at the top of your screen informing you how many Contacts were successfully archived and how many, if any, have failed. 


The Contacts will now be Archived (Deactivated) and can be found under the Archived tab on the Contacts page.

Note: When a Contact is Archived, all Open Tasks associated with that Contact will be closed (archived).
