How to Comment on a Task

If a Task is already sent to a client, use the Comments section to remind clients to complete the task, or to add any additional information to the Task.

When a new Comment is made by a client on a Task a pink dot will appear next to the Task.


To Comment on a Task:

  1. Click on the Tasks page on the left side of the screen.
  2. Use Filter by to filter the task records to display the Task you'd like to comment on.
  3. Click Comments at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Click into the blank box and compose the comment.
  5. Click Add Comment.
      Note: If the task is in Pending Review, adding a comment will push it back to an Open task and your client will be notified.
