If a Task is already sent to a client, use the Comments section to remind clients to complete the task, or to add any additional information to the Task.
When a new Comment is made by a client on a Task a pink dot will appear next to the Task.

- Click on the Tasks page on the left side of the screen.
- Use Filter by to filter the task records to display the Task you'd like to comment on.
- Click Comments at the bottom of the screen.
- Click into the blank box and compose the comment.
- Click Add Comment.
Note: If the task is in Pending Review, adding a comment will push it back to an Open task and your client will be notified.
