How to Create an Internal To Do Task
To Dos serve as internal management. They allow you to send Tasks to your coworkers or to yourself.
To Dos are internal only. Your clients cannot see them.
To create a To Do:
1. Click the +Add New at the upper-left hand side of your screen.
2. Click Task.
3. Click To Do.
4. Select the Employee.
5. Select the Account.
6. Select the Contact.
7. Enter a Subject and Description, or click into the subject line and select a task template.
8. Enter a Description.
9. Click Create Task.
Note: Both Active and Archived Accounts and Contacts will appear as options to select, as there may be internal tasks required even if the Account and Contact is no longer active in Liscio.
