How to Delete Files From a Message

Note: Only employees of the firm providing the use of Liscio can delete files. Clients of firms do not have the ability to delete files.

Method 1:

  1. Click the Message to view the contents.
  2. Click the X to the right of the preview icon.
  3. Click Yes to Proceed.


Method 2:

  1. Click Files on the left side of the screen.
  2. Click the Sources filter and select Message
  3. Locate the file you would like to delete and select it by checking the box on the left.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and click the trash can icon
