How to Delete Files in Bulk

Only firm employees can delete files. Clients/End-Users do not have the ability to delete files. 

Note: Deleting a file will remove it from any place it was shared (i.e. message or task).
  1. Click the Files page.
  2. Check the box to the left of the files you wish to delete.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  4. Click the trashcan icon.
  5. Click Delete Files.
