How to Find a Downloaded File (Android)
Note: These steps may differ slightly depending on your phone and carrier.
Follow these steps to locate a file you've downloaded from the Liscio app on your Android device:
Step 1: Download a File from Liscio
- Open the Liscio app on your Android device.
- Navigate to the Files page by selecting it from the menu bar.
- Tap on the file you wish to download.
- Click the ellipses (three dots) next to the file.
- Scroll down and select the Download option.
Step 2: Locate the File in the My Files App
- Exit the Liscio app by pressing the Home button or swiping up from the bottom of the screen.
- Open the My Files app on your Android device. The app icon typically has a manila folder as its image.
- If you cannot find the Files app, use the search bar and type "My Files" in the search bar, and tap the app when it appears.
- In the My Files app, the newest files are shown at the top, so if you just added it, you'll see it right away.
- If you do not see it right away, search for the file by the file name.
