How to Mark a Message as Unread

How to Mark a Message as Unread

There are times when you may want to Mark a Message as Unread. There are two ways to do so:

From the Dashboard and Inbox page:
  1. In the Inbox view on your Dashboard or the Inbox page, hover your cursor over the message you want to mark as unread.
  2. Click on the Ellipses (three dots) on the right-hand side of that message.
  3. Click on Mark as Unread.

Your message will now turn bold and the pink dot will reappear on the left-hand side of the message.

From the Message thread:
If you've clicked on the message and you're viewing the thread, click on the Mark as Unread icon (first from the left) in the upper-right corner.
