How to Opt Out of Text Notifications

If you no longer wish to receive text notifications, you may opt out.  You can opt back in at any time.  

To Opt Out: 

  1. In the received message of the text notification, text "stop".
  2. The number will be blocked and you will no longer receive text notifications for Liscio.
