How to Reactivate an Account

1. Click on the Accounts tab on the left-hand navigation.

2. Click on the Archived tab.

3. Click on the Account, and navigate to the Details tab.

4. Click the ellipsis (three dots) in the right corner.

5. Click Reactivate Account.




After reactivating the account, you will need to re-associate all contacts to the account. If necessary, you can reopen tasks that were closed when the account was archived.
