How to Remove Access to a File

Note: Contacts can only be removed from manually uploaded files.

  1. Click on the Files page.
  2. Click on a file with the source Manual or Multiple.
  3. If the file has a source Multiple, click the Manual file.
  4. Click the X to the right of the recipient's name to remove them.
  5. Click Yes.
  6. Click the black X in the upper-right corner to close the file.
