How to Reset Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
If you're reading this, it means you're stuck on Enter Passcode on the Liscio Login Page and have no way of getting the passcode (Multi-Factor Authentication) for your Authenticator app. Before you reset Multi-Factor Authentication, you may want to know how to sign in with Multi-Factor Authentication. If those steps didn't work, you can follow the instructions below.
Note: This method only works if you have a Google or Microsoft 365 (Office 365) email as the email username. If it's from a different email provider, you'll have to contact your firm and have them reset it for you.
1. At the login page, click on the either Sign in with Google or Office 365.
2. Choose the account you use to log into Liscio.
3. Once you're logged in, click on your name to access your security settings. You can then reconnect or disable Multi-Factor Authentication.
