How to Reset Your Password

If you don't know your password:

  1. Navigate to your Liscio login screen.
  2. Click Forgot your password?
  3. Enter your email associated with your Liscio account.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. Navigate to your email.
  6. Click Reset password.
  7. Enter a new password.
  8. Click Submit.
  9. Log in using the email associated with your Liscio account and the newly created password.

If you know your password and would like to update it:

  1. Click your name on the bottom left-hand side of the screen.
  2. Click the Change Password button.
  3. Enter Old Password.
  4. Enter New Password.
  5. Confirm Password.
  6. Click the eye icon to view the hidden password you have typed.
  7. Click Update.
