How to Find a Downloaded File (iPhone)

Note: These steps may differ slightly depending on your phone and carrier.  

Follow these steps to locate a file you've downloaded from the Liscio app on your iPhone:

Step 1: Download a File from Liscio

  1. Open the LiscioPro app on your iPhone.
  2. Navigate to the Files page by selecting it from the menu bar.
  3. Tap on the file you wish to download.
  4. Click the ellipses (three dots) next to the file.
  5. Scroll down and select the Download option.

Step 2: Locate the File in the Files App

  1. Exit the LiscioPro app by pressing the Home button or swiping up from the bottom of the screen.
  2. Open the Files app on your iPhone. The app icon typically has a white background with a blue folder.
  3. If you cannot find the Files app, swipe down on your home screen, type "Files" in the search bar, and tap the app when it appears.
  4. In the Files app, tap on Browse at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Select On My iPhone to view files stored on your device.
  6. Locate and open the Liscio Pro folder to find the file you just downloaded.
