How to Search for a Message

Messages in the Inbox contain threads in which you are a participant. 

Messages under an Account or Contact contains all messages the client has exchanged with anyone in the firm.  

Searching:

Use the search bar at the top to search for a specific message.

You can simply search a keyword like "W-2".

Filtering:

Use Filter by to filter the messages by the Recipient or Date RangeClick the checkbox next to Include Attachments to only search for messages with attachments.
