How to Search for a Message
Messages in the Inbox contain threads in which you are a participant.
Messages under an Account or Contact contains all messages the client has exchanged with anyone in the firm.
Searching:
Use the search bar at the top to search for a specific message.
You can simply search a keyword like "W-2".
Filtering:
Use Filter by to filter the messages by the Recipient or Date Range. Click the checkbox next to Include Attachments to only search for messages with attachments.

Archiving Messages on Mobile App
