How to Send Forgot Password Link to Clients
To send a Reset Password Link:
1. Click on the Contacts page on the left-hand side of the screen.
2. Use the search bar at the top of the list to search for a specific Contact.
3. Hover over the Contact to reveal the key icon (Reset Password) on the right side of the record.
4. Click the key icon to send password reset link.
Note: Contact must be active in order to receive the forgot password link.
