How to Share Files in Bulk

How to Share Files in Bulk

  1. Click on the Files page.
  2. Check the box to the left of any file you'd like to share.
Pro-Tip: Filter by All Files > Firm Only Files to narrow down your search.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the share icon.
  4. In the To field, select the recipient and Account.
  5. Send a personalized message or click Do not send Message (the recipient will not receive a notification if this is selected).
  6. Click Share.

Note: Sharing Firm Only files removes their Firm Only (internal) status, making them public to recipients and Account Owners.
