How to Tell if an Invite Has Been Accepted
There are two ways to tell if a contact has accepted an invite.
After the Contact accepts their invite, the record is moved from Invited to Active:
1. Click on the Contacts page on the left-hand side of the screen.
2. Click on the Active tab.
3. Use the search bar at the top of the list to search for a specific Contact.
OR
If you are already in the Contact's record:
1. Click on the Overview page.
2. Refer to the color of the dot next to the contact's name.
a. Green = Active
b. Yellow = Invited
c. Gray = New
d. Red = Inactive
