How to Tie a New Message to an Account

If a message thread includes a recipient who has not been tied to an Account, tying the message to their Account will ensure the message is accessible from both the Contact and Account levels.   

  1. Click into the message.
  2. Click the Reply box.
  3. Click Additional.
  4. Add the Contact and their Account.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Type your message.
  7. Click Send.
