Why Can't I Forward an Email into Liscio?
For security reasons, you cannot forward an email directly into Liscio. Liscio is an invite-only platform, which doesn't allow outside communication. If outside emails were allowed to be sent directly into Liscio, a lot of emails insecurities would be brought into Liscio as well.
As an alternative, you can save the email as a PDF and upload it into Liscio.
To save an email as a PDF:
- Open the email you wish to send through Liscio.
- Open the print menu.
- Print with the destination "Save as PDF".
- Select save location on your computer.
- Attach the file in a message in Liscio.
