Inbox Overview

On the home page, the Inbox section displays the most recent messages from your firm. To create a message from here, click +Add New in the upper-left corner, then click Message.

Click See All Inbox Messages to display all messages, or click the Inbox tab on the left-hand navigation. To create a new message from here, click the +Message button in the upper-right corner. 

At the top of your Inbox, you will see tabs for Sent, Drafts, Archived, and Pinned messages. 

Use the search bar to search your messages by key word.  Messages can be filtered by recipient, date range, and whether they include attachments.
