Karbon Integration: Set Up
Before you can set up the Karbon integration in Liscio, Liscio Support will first need to enable Karbon in your Liscio account. Please reach out to support@liscio.me to have this done.
Caution
- Do not sync Karbon before we have your client data uploaded. This will cause duplicates.
To Set Up the Karbon Integration:
1. Log in to your Karbon account.
2. Click Settings on the left-hand panel.
3. Click Connected Apps.
4. Locate the Liscio account and click Connect/Manage.
5. Copy the API Access Key.
6. Navigate to Liscio.
7. Click the ellipses (three dots) in the lower-left corner, then click Admin, then Integrations.
8. Under the Karbon integration, click Connect.
9. Paste the API Access Key in the text box and click Save.
