Managing Files in FirmDash

To view the Files page: 

  1. Tap the menu icon (three dots) in the upper-left corner of the screen.
  2. Tap Files.
  3. Use the toggle bar at the top to filter by Active or Archived Files.
  4. Filter files by tapping the filter icon on the right-hand side of the Files page.
    1. Scroll down to view all filters and sort options.
    2. Tap on a filter to apply.
    3. Tap Clear in the upper-right corner to clear all filters.

To view Files on the Account and Contact level: 

  1. Tap the Accounts or Contacts page.
  2. Search for the specific Account or Contact.
  3. Tap on the Account or Contact to open their record.
  4. Tap the Files tab at the top of the screen.
