Pin a Message or Alert
Pinning a message or alert allows you to easily refer back to it at a later point in time. An entire message thread or Alert can be pinned, as well as any response within a thread.
Pinned messages and Alerts can be found in the Inbox under the Pinned tab, and also under the Message tab of an Account or Contact.
