QuickBooks Integration: Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting Tips for the Lisio-QuickBooks Integration

  1. If you have created a Customer in QuickBooks, ensure you have run a new sync to bring the record onto the Liscio integrations page.

  2. If you create a new Account in Liscio with the status of Prospect, a Customer will not be automatically created in Liscio. The Account status must be Client in order for this to occur.

  3. Running a sync does not automatically create your QuickBooks Customers in Liscio, or all your Liscio records in QuickBooks. To do so, follow the steps in this article.   

  4. Be aware of the one-way auto-sync relationship.  If you would like to make edits to a record, it is best to do so in Liscio. 

  5. Unmatched QuickBooks records will be listed after all matched records and all unmatched Liscio records on the integrations page. Skip to the last pages to find these records, or click on the QuickBooks Column heading to bring all unmatched QuickBooks records to the top.

  6. At this time, Liscio Relationships do not sync to QuickBooks. For example, if you have multiple contacts associated with an account in Liscio, those contacts will not be related to the organization when synced to QuickBooks. We will add this in the future.

  7. The QuickBooks integration is available upon request only. If you don't see the QuickBooks integration on your integrations page, please reach out support@liscio.me to request that it be enabled for your firm.
