QuickBooks Integration: Creating New Records

QuickBooks Integration: Creating New Records

You can create and link new records in QuickBooks or Liscio directly from the Liscio integrations page. In Liscio, only Firm Admins have this ability.

  1. Click the ellipses (three dots) in the lower-left corner, then Admin, then Integrations.

  2. Under the QuickBooks integration, click View Details.

  3. Use the search box to find an unmatched record.

  4.  Hover over the record and click the QuickBooks icon or the Liscio icon on the far right.

  5. Click the blue Create in QuickBooks or Create in Liscio button.

  6. The Liscio Account and QuickBooks Customer will now be linked.

Note: If you create a new record in QuickBooks or Liscio, you will need to run a new sync in order to pull that record onto the integrations page in Liscio.  Then, you can follow the steps above to create and link that record in Liscio, or you can sync the QuickBooks record manually with an existing Liscio account.
