Re-Opening Requests & Organizers
Re-Opening Requests & Organizers allows your clients to answer questions and upload files for previously submitted Requests & Organizers. This feature is useful whenever a client has a Request/Organizer that has been submitted by mistake or they need to make updates. Let's see how to do it!
- Navigate to the Requests page and then click on the Pending Review tab.
- Find the Request that you wish to re-open.
- Click the 3 ellipses button on the right end of the Request.
- You'll now be able to click Re-Open Request button
- Type out a quick message to the assignees explaining why the Request is being re-opened.
- Once finished, click the re-open button to complete the action.
Note: Only Requests & Organizers in the Pending Review stage can be re-opened. Once a Request or Organizer has been Archived, they can not be re-opened.
