SMS: Informing Clients of Changes to SMS Communication
Two-Way Texting will allow your firm to communicate back and forth with your clients via text. A dedicated number is provided that clients can send texts to, and your firm can text your client's cell phone number via this feature.
Your firm may wish to let clients know that you have a new number that they can send texts to. To help facilitate this, we're providing a template you can download and use in a Liscio Bulk Message or Bulk Email to make sure your clients use the right number!
