SMS: Assigning Lines to Employees

Two-Way Texting will allow your firm to communicate back and forth with your clients via text. A dedicated number is provided that clients can send texts to, and your firm can text your client's cell phone number via this feature.

Note that we are only able to provide a number from your local area code and we can't reserve a specific phone number.

To assign lines to employees, you'll need an Admin to set up the SMS integration. Please follow the instructions here (Need link to how to set up SMS article) on how to set up SMS for your firm.

Once the integration is set up, each employee can receive their own phone line in Liscio by following these instructions:

1. Click the SMS tab on the left hand Menu bar

2. Click Enable SMS

3. It may take a moment to be assigned a number. Try refreshing the page or coming back to the SMS tab a few minutes later.

4. You should see your newly assigned number in the top right corner of the screen with the ability to send SMS text messages!

Each user will have to do this to receive their own phone line. Admins can review each user's phone line by:

1. Clicking on the ellipses at the bottom of the menu bar on the left side of your screen.
2. Selecting Admin
3. Selecting Admin SMS
