SMS: Client Opt-In, Opt-Out, and Help

Two-Way Texting will allow your firm to communicate back and forth with your clients via text. A dedicated number is provided that clients can send texts to, and your firm can text your client's cell phone number via this feature.


When you begin a text conversation with a client, or a client begins a text conversation with your provisioned number in Liscio, they will receive the following message:

Clients will be given the option to opt out by typing STOP in a message.



If they do so, it will prevent you from sending future messages until they opt back into the texting feature with your number. They can also type HELP for more information:
